Their "mission statement" is "To create a customer service experience that will be #1". They asked me what I thought. I said "Get a real person in this country to answer the phone and that person resolves the issue that I have called about. No hand-offs." They were shocked. They are starting off with IVR - you know: "Your call is important to us. Please enter your 16 digit identifier." etc. etc.The Manhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15528261839230621246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7444476276287180978.post-73176102392600239722010-03-13T14:23:36.727-05:002010-03-13T14:23:36.727-05:00Try using a credit union or a local bank. For most people they have all of the features that you need and the rates are modestly better.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00046252688340214084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7444476276287180978.post-2721097441921695662010-03-12T20:47:39.956-05:002010-03-12T20:47:39.956-05:00The banking system is not th only place where peop...The banking system is not th only place where people are robots, this country became "online only", what you can do online is the only thing you can, don't expect that by talking to someone you will actually achieve something. They are just training people not to think, it is scary.
I had this experience in banks, faculty "advisors" at honorable university at Boston, Barrons customer service, etc...
Actually, my only good experience was at a car dealership, you can actually talk to someone who can change things, that was great!!Y.Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03773155590385189778noreply@blogger.com
